Supriya Nagarajan presents: An incredible summer so far with a trip to Australia to work with a Tibetan ensemble, performance under the moon at WOMAD with Luke Jerram’s installation in the secret forest and the release of my new album Posse of Fireflies. The album is a response to the decline of fireflies and other luminous insects from countrysides across the world. It is a throwback to my childhood train journeys from Mumbai to Chennai and is a fitting tribute to celebrate 75 years of India’s independence and growth.
