Inspired by working in the Derbyshire Peak District with Jarvis Cocker and Jeremy Deller, Supriya Nagarajan worked with long-time regular collaborator and composer Duncan Chapman to create a whole suite of new pieces of music. Taking the sounds from nature at dusk as a starting point and making recordings for a soundscape, they have created what once might have been described as a ‘concept album’ that will soon be available to the public.
Funded by the National Trust
Post release, Dusk Notes will be available to tour to venues and festivals as an immersive audio visual performance.
