Are you a South Asian female composer interested and/or working in cross-cultural or fusion music? If so this may be the ideal opportunity for you.
Manasamitra is offering a unique mentoring opportunity to three young women living and working in the North of England who are at an early stage of their music careers and who are interested in developing their composition abilities within a cross-genre environment. You will need to be interested in working with other music forms to create something genuinely new and original. Artistic Director / Composer Supriya Nagarajan will work with the successful mentees in both group and one-to-one situations to develop new works for public presentation.
